Seven-day returns

Unused items in their original packaging, with the certificate where one was included, can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and religious reasons, items that have been worn or energised for you personally (for example after a sankalp in your name) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

How to start a return

Message us with your order number. We arrange a pickup from your address where the courier offers it; otherwise we share the address to send it to.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, we refund within 5 to 7 working days. Online payments go back to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
